As we develop trade promotional plans with key channel partners, designed to deliver specific category management programs to retailers, wholesalers and distributors, our team manages and monitors all marketing investment. We work closely with the sales team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.

- Lead development of the trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories that we carry from our portfolio;
- Establish channel strategies and implement the associated plans to ensure success.
- Develop, execute all programs designed and mandated by our principal as part of their overall business plans in expansion to Philippine territory
- Lead efforts to leverage our principals' brand positioning and solidify their category superiority through our tactical customer interaction programs and showroom exhibits.

Further, we evaluate category plans with our partners and principals to meet profit objectives and to achieve maximum returns.
